External Decoration Works

Works to the main house have now concluded. Sam from Harbour Painting Services attended on 20 August 2026 to carry out a final clean-up.

Sam has advised that, when the property next requires external decoration, the fascias and soffits should be replaced with plastic/uPVC due to the condition of the existing timber.

Garage & Frontage Works

Alan has begun work on the garages and will also be carrying out work to the bollards at the front of the property.

We will now place an official Stourwood House review for both cobtractors.

Fire Risk Assessment (FRA)

A Fire Risk Assessment was completed on 15 April 2026. The report identified a number of actions and recommendations to further improve fire safety within the building.

The essential actions identified by the Directors have now been completed, including:

• Installation of fire action signage.

• Installation of no smoking signage.

• Removal of items from communal escape routes.

• General housekeeping improvements to the common areas.

The remaining recommendations contained within the Fire Risk Assessment are currently under review by the Directors. Where appropriate, further quotations and professional advice will be obtained before any decisions are made regarding future works.
